Important Announcement re SSJC Pre entries.

Your Committee at SSJC has been working in conjunction with Oakville Equestrian Centre to develop an "ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM".

This product has reached the stage where it is to demonstrated next Sunday [August 2nd] at the Next Training day and assistance will be given to familiarise members with the service and means of "REGISTERING" for future entries.

It is proposed that entries for the Competition on Sunday 17th will be entirely by this Online method.

The System is known as, Global Entries Online and can be located at www.globalentriesonline.com and you can visit the site at this location.

IT IS NOT YET ACTIVE BUT WILL BE AFTER THIS SUNDAY!.

The system will enable both the competitors and your club to be more efficient, allowing many features that will enable entries to close as late as 48hours before the event and will enable draws to be emailed to riders [for the main ring] the night before competition.

It will also send an account of your entries and facilitate payment at the club on the day.To speed up this process the club recommends that you bring either a Cheque/Money order or cash for the amount on your email, leave at the desk, collect your wristband and go and saddle-up.

We have no doubt the testing that has been carried out to date, will make the system both easy to use and very flexible but we ask for your assistance and patience in correcting any minor "glitches" that may crop up...........in the end it is to help members have a more enjoyable and efficient day.
