Sydney Showjumping Club is looking forward to their upcoming Winter Championships on Sunday 19th July 09.
"We have had four dates cancelled this year due to wet weather, and we are looking forward to competing at the grounds again!" said Club President Colleen Brook.
There will be four rings in operation and over $3000 in prizemoney & prizes. Entries must be made through http://www.globalentriesonline.com.au/ by Friday 10th July and entry money received by Monday 15th July. Classes will be closed once limits have been reached. Competitors are encouraged to enter early to avoid disappointment. There will be no late entries accepted.
Course Designers will be special guest David Sheppard from Victoria and David Lawrence & Mark Atkins from NSW. Heights for competitors will range from 60cm to 1.40m with special classes designated for Juniors, Young Riders and Amateurs.
The feature event of the show will be the Keeden Contracting Grand Prix at 1.40m. Former talented young rider Nathan Wood and partner in the Earthworks Fencing & Maintenance company Luke Brown, are to be thanked for the substantial sponsorshiip for this major event.
